Terms and Conditions

Prices are per room per night, based on two people sharing a double room, including breakfast.

For a one night stay, please add £8.00 per room to the above prices.

For single occupancy of a double room, please deduct £15.00 per day from the room rate.

Children over 12 years are welcome at full adult rate.

Rooms are available for check-in between 2.30pm to 6.30pm.  Late arrivals by arrangement only.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure

A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to secure an advance booking.  In the event of cancellation you may be liable to pay for accommodation if we are unable to re-let your room(s) and we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Sorry- we do not accommodate pets.

We offer accommodation strictly to non-smokers only.  Smoking is not permitted in the house or garden.  If you are a smoker we would recommend that you find somewhere more 'smoke friendly' to stay as we do not have any on-site facilities for smokers.

General Information

The house is approached via a long path at the front of the property, which includes three sets of three steps.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor and we do not have a lift.
