Opening Times
In 2010 we will be closed from the end of September.
From 2011 we will be open from the beginning of April to the end of September.
Terms and Conditions
Prices are per room per night, including breakfast.
For a one night stay, please add £8.00 per room to the above prices.
Children over 12 years are welcome at full adult rate.
Rooms are available for check-in between 3.00pm to 6.30pm. Late arrivals by arrangement only.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure
A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to secure an advance booking. In the event of cancellation you may be liable to pay for accommodation if we are unable to re-let your room(s) and we strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Sorry- we do not accommodate pets.
We offer accommodation strictly to non-smokers only. Smoking is not permitted in the house or garden. If you are a smoker we would recommend that you find somewhere more 'smoke friendly' to stay as we do not have any on-site facilities for smokers.
General Information
The house is approached via a long path at the front of the property, which includes three sets of three steps.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor and we do not have a lift.
Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please do not hesitate to inform us.
